Restarting

Let’s introduce the two Noia players actively involved in this play: Humberto Mendes (Noia Nº32), who makes the pass, and Aleix Esteller (Noia Nº4). Noia restarts the game from the bottom corner of the penalty area. Mendes makes the initial pass and moves up to the middle of the penalty line.

Once Esteller surpasses Mendes’ line, Mendes moves back to position 4. Esteller stops at position 3, turns around, and passes back to Mendes. Esteller then moves to the top corner of the penalty area to block. When Mendes reaches position 3, he shifts his speed and drives straight in, skating parallel to the top of the penalty area before taking a shot unchallenged by defenders.
