I'm starting the analysis at 4:15 but it is worth checking it from 4:07. What the Spanish team is doing is really smart. Especially considering the team they have. The Spanish team is opening the floor as much as possible. They are passing the ball backwards. And getting into a danger area with some advantage over the defender and the full vision of what is going on. They are doing a classic 3 ball-circulation.
The player with the ball starts in the middle, passes the ball to the teammate on the side and cuts in to the same side. The player with the ball skates towards the middle making sure that he has some space with the defender and passes to the opposite side. You can easily see this rotation twice here.
